All you need to know aboutthree-phase motors
The three-phase asynchronous motor can meet domestic and international requirements and is designed to meet the requirements of the domestic and international frame range 56 to 355 and the national uniform standards.
It complies with the relevant rules of the standard IEC 60034-30-2008. It has excellent performance, high efficiency, energy saving, high starting torque, low noise, low vibration, reliable operation, easy maintenance, etc.
Its installation dimensions and power comply with IEC standards. The protection classes are IP44, IP54 and IP55; the cooling method is IC411.
Three different classes can be classified according to energy efficiency as IE1, IE2 and IE3, and according to material and frame structure as aluminium and iron casing.
Three phase motors are widely used in many mechanical devices without special requirements, such as machine tools, pumps, fans, transport machinery, mixers, agricultural machinery and food machinery.

The Process Flow & Duration Estimation
Please note that the final cost depends on the customized service you require, the specifications of the raw materials used, the relevant national laws, and the distance of transportation. Take the example of booking 1*20ft container of products:
Step 1 : Pay the deposit (1-3days)
Once the order is confirmed, production will be scheduled after we receive the customer’s deposit.
Step 2 : make the electric motor's technical design (1-3 days)
The motor specifications are designed according to your requirements, including voltage, frequency, power and frame size.
Step 3: Sample testing for motors with special specifications (3-7 days)
For the electric motors with special parameters, we will make sample for pre-testing before mass production to ensure that there are no problems.
Step 4: Bulk Manufacturing (20-30 days)
For bulk production, a lead time of 20-45 days is usually required from the purchase of raw materials to the 100% testing of finished electric motors.
Step 5: Shipping (5-7 days)
Once the goods are ready , we will inform the customer to arrange for the balance and upon receipt of the balance arrange for the booking of the shipment.
